She has been freelancing for years and started with CosPro Agency in 2006. She is always ready to step in when needed and with her knowledge of beauty products and her incredible ability to sell, it is no wonder she has been with us for nine years. She has represented many top cosmetic brands such as CoverGirl, L’Oréal, Revlon, Maybelline, Olay, Kiss Nails and many, many more. She is always eager to try new products so she can share her first-hand experience with others. Norma says the key to her success is listening to her customers’ needs, reading their body language and staying positive by always having a smile on her face. With her love for travel and meeting new people, along with her understanding of the ins and outs of raising brand awareness and creating buzz, promotions come naturally to her.
